Oh, Carla, we're sorry to hear about the chewing; it's a problem for most leashes when it happens. Please give us a call so we can talk about what can be done. Perhaps we will be able to repair it for you if you still have enough length to make a proper leash. We might even be able to make a shorter leash and a traffic handle for you! Our repairs are always free, but the leash will have to be returned to us. The least expensive way to return it is via US Postal Service Ground Advantage. Before returning it to us, please wash your leash with mild soap, rinse it, and dry it thoroughly. We are unable to accept leashes that haven't been cleaned. Include a note with your contact info and instructions on what you want done. We'll take care of the rest!
