The idea of a slippery "home line" with no loop at the end struck me as an odd suggestion to try, but it has been a tremendous help around the house with a very young, very energetic, Australian Cattle Dog puppy.
Jeremy, the drag lines are great for pupples around the house. Not only do they provide a quick catch solution, they also help the pup become accustomed to being leashed. Do keep in mind BioThane leashes, like most leashes, are not chew-proof so you will want to keep an eye on your pup, particularly while he/she is teething. Best wishes to you and your cattle dog. Ours was still energetic and keen for a job when he was 16 years old!
Sadly my dog chewed up her previous lead for scent work. I needed the right color to match her harness and a thin line since she’s smaller and I like a light line. Found the perfect one here at Palomine.
