BioThane Line 3/8 in

Lori, thank you for your feedback. Sometimes a bit of debris or sand will get into a clasp and cause the slider to become 'sticky.' This can happen to any clasp. We have a fix for it! On our FAQs page, we have detailed instructions on how to use graphite lubricant, a powder lubricant, that will loosen the debris and make the clasp work properly again. The graphite lubricant is inexpensive and can be found at hardware stores or online. It's good to have around the house for sticky door locks and car locks, too. If it doesn't work for you, let us know. We will come up with an agreeable solution.
